take me out to the ball game

grandpa, scott, wanda, mom, and i went to a spring training game yesterday. it was d*backs v. white sox. i discovered something while we were there... i don't really like baseball. haha it's just kinda boring to me! i love football and i love basketball, but baseball just doesn't do it for me! so here is how i enjoyed the game...

a book in one hand and a phone in the other! haha (i got more than half of my reading done for english! haha)
*side note: the guy (and his dad?) that you can see in the picture above were not speaking english. whatever language it was it was really cool sounding! i was about to ask them what language it was and then they got up and left :(

here's how everyone else enjoyed the game...

they had a great time! especially uncle scott and grandpa!

mom was having a grand time too! haha

we had fun but i don't think the d*backs did... 10 to 0. it was kinda pathetic!

hahaha ok ok so baseball really isnt that fun to watch... unless you know the game within the game. PLaying your whole life will show you the game within the game. sure some people might just see two people throwing a ball to each other and occasionally the batter will swing... and the rest of the guys are just scratching and spitting... thats not entirely true. if you know whats going on then its pretty fun. like how much a runner can lead off depending on what handed the pitcher is... cuz if hes left handed then hes right handed he has to turn around to see 1st but if hes lefty then hes just staring at 1st the whole time. and then the really fun thing to do is try to guess the pitch by figuring out how long the pitcher has been out there and what the count it. its really quite interesting... i guess some people are just not cool enough to understand it though... :P
